Hi, I'm Tracy!
So good to have you here.
After retiring early from a long career in psychiatric and school nursing due to a physical disability, I became increasingly aware of being discontented with my spiritual life. As a Unitarian Universalist I happened upon spiritual direction, and in time it became my next great adventure. It has been an amazing support in both my own spiritual growth and as a person who cares deeply for others. I am happier now with how I spend my time and a deepening in my relationship with spirit. I have learned holy listening in my formation, and feel guided to offer this skill to you.

I've Learned, Moments I Cherish.
I was a single mother of one son and had to work one or two jobs to make ends meet during his growing years. I developed a belief that I can do most things I set my mind to! Being a mother grounded me and my son has been one of my greatest teachers. My two grandchildren have given me a new perspective on the meaning of my life. When my granddaughter was small I made a point of telling her, "I am here for you." I cherish the moment when she was pushing her little brother in the stroller and reassuringly told him, "We are here for you". My heart broke open! Being able to hold space and offer presence for others is my gift. One thing I am sure of-everybody's journey is sacred.
